1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking any service with GNA LIMO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

GNA LIMO provides professional ground transportation services in and around Glendale and the greater Los Angeles area, including but not limited to: VIP chauffeur service, airport transfers, corporate event transportation, wedding transportation, hourly charter, and vehicle delivery services.

3. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from GNA LIMO via email or phone. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as cash. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and gratuity may be added to the final bill.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the conduct of themselves and their guests during transport. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their guests will be billed to the client. Smoking, illegal substances, and unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

7. Delays & Wait Time

GNA LIMO is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control. For airport pickups, complimentary wait time of up to 60 minutes after landing is included. Additional wait time may be billed at the hourly rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

GNA LIMO's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. GNA LIMO carries commercial auto insurance as required by California law.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
